Abstract:
The most basic definition of any security system is found in its name. It is literally a means or method by which something is secured through a system of interworking components and devices.
In this instance, we're talking about home security systems, which are networks of integrated electronic devices working together with a central control panel to protect against burglars and other potential home intruders. A security system appears "intelligent" because its computer systems can monitor so many aspects of daily living. We are living in the era where security is an essential need in human life. It allows us to make safe household appliances like money, television, fridge, computer etc. The main objective of security system is to help people which will enable them to make home safe and alert them in critical situations.
This paper put forwards the design of an intelligent security system using simple components like Arduino mega and conventional sensors. The design is based on a standalone embedded system at home. The system is connected to the embedded system and their status is controlled by arduino. We would develop an authenticated system to control the system. Scalable energy usage and less modification is much important. It presents the design and implementation of security system.
