Internship Report on Operations Management in the Service Industry in Global Immigration Consultants Limited (GIC)

Abstract

This report is for my internship at Global Immigration Consultants Limited, Bangladesh's first limited and ISO certified immigration business. The primary goal of this report is to illustrate my internship experience, which has allowed me to get a better understanding of the department's operation, functioning, and general efficiency. Global Immigration Consultants Limited assigned me in the Operations department. Documentation, Processing, Submission are all handled by this department. This report includes an overview of Global Immigration Consultant Limited's processing practices. All of the material contained in this report is based on my own internal and external research. I interviewed the company's CEO and my supervisor for internal analysis. For external analysis, I used a variety of resources, including the corporate website and the annual KPI report. The purpose of this report is to get practical understanding about Global Immigration Consultants Limited's Operations activities. This report also includes parts dedicated to displaying my personal perspectives, experiences, duties, observations, and realizations from my internship at the organization. These parts include personal growth as a result of my internship, as well as challenges I had throughout my internship and how I overcame them.
