dc.description.abstract The internship report emphasizes the projects done, analyses conducted, and experience gained, as well as the intern's accomplishments. The report's author was sent to Chevron Bangladesh to finish her internship, where she was exposed to new HR words, technology, and learned about a systematic HR process that runs in a multinational firm while working with diverse cultures and diversity. Working in a multicultural setting was the most incredible experience. Chevron Bangladesh Ltd. is a multinational oil and gas business that produces the majority of Bangladesh's natural gas. Under the Asia South Business Unit, the Company functions as a profit center. Chevron is proud of its core values and safety record around the world. The company is now working in three gas fields, all of which are located in the Sylhet division, and has plans to expand into previously untapped areas and pursue alternative energy sources. The internship report “Redefining a Post-Pandemic World of Work: Digitization of Total Reward Programs and HR Operations of Chevron Bangladesh” tells about the projects, mostly under Total Remuneration and Payroll, that the author worked in surely aided her in broadening her perspective on various web application development frameworks by boosting her practical knowledge and depth. She learned how to shift from work from home to a hybrid culture without disrupting a company's operations. The author noticed at the end of her internship that her management and communication abilities had much improved, which would aid her in her future professional advancement. The author is more confident and professional after the internship than she was before. en_US
