Abstract:
The report primarily focuses on the new project of Gao Group, which was proposed by the CEO of GaoTek. GaoTek started their journey in 1992. Now they have become one of the largest conglomerates in this industry. Their success can be seen if we look at some of the mega projects in the USA and Canada. This executive summary provides an overview of the HR internship report completed at GaoTek. The internship's goal was to contribute to the enhancement of HR strategy and procedures while also gaining practical experience and insight into the company's human resources practices.
The internship goals, which included assessing the efficacy of recruiting and selection methods, reviewing attempts to encourage employee engagement, evaluating performance management systems, and giving ideas for improvement, are listed at the beginning of the report.
